Camino AI is operated by Southend Solutions LLC.

1. Service Description

Camino AI provides a location intelligence API, routing, and related tooling for AI agents and applications.

2. Accounts and Authentication

• You may authenticate using Google OAuth. We collect basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, scraping at abusive rates, or interference with third-party services (e.g., OpenStreetMap, Google) beyond allowed usage.
• No illegal, harmful, or high-risk use (e.g., navigation for emergency or life-critical scenarios).
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create a derivative API service that uses our proprietary code or intellectual property for resale. Your use of OpenStreetMap data is subject to the ODbL, which allows you to create your own derivative databases for commercial or non-commercial use, provided you comply with its terms.

4. API Usage and Pricing

• Free Tier: 1,000 API calls per month. Resets monthly on your billing anniversary.
• Premium Tier: $19/month for 20,000 API calls per month. Unused calls do not roll over.
• Top-ups: Additional usage available at $1 per 1,000 calls. Top-up usage resets monthly.
• We may throttle or suspend access that threatens service stability or violates these Terms.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Current users will be grandfathered for 12 months.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method.
• Billing cycles run monthly from your subscription start date, not calendar months.
• Usage limits reset on your billing anniversary. Unused calls do not carry over.
• Top-up purchases are one-time charges that expire at the end of your billing cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (OAuth), Stripe (payments), OpenStreetMap (data), and Google Cloud (hosting). Your use is also subject to their terms and policies. The OpenStreetMap data is licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) and is copyrighted by the OpenStreetMap contributors. 7. Data and Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camino AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Some provisions survive termination (e.g., limitations of liability).

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
